A secure ground floor flat situated just off of the seafront in Queens Road, which makes the flat convenient for the greensward and seafront but also only a few minutes walk to Connaught Avenue shops. This ground floor flat is great for people requiring ground floor accommodation. There is also access from the front verandah which you can gain access to the flat if you are a wheelchair user. NB The flat does not have grab rails.
The flat benefits from an enclosed Verandah offering views along Queens Road to greensward and sea, a separate WC and parking to the rear of the flats via a private driveway in Queens Road. (There is no allocated parking for this flat but if you cannot park to the reat there is plenty of free parking on the Queens road or The Esplande)

Clean, comfortable and accessible flat and very convenient for seafront and shops. Both are within walking distance. Sea views from lounge and sun room. Only lack in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen is a dishwasher: hence, 9 score. This is our second visit and would definitely book again.

This flat has an excellent location for both beach and shops - and street parking was always easy too. The flat is well equipped and, as always with FHL, spotlessly clean. Barbara and her team do a wonderful job so you can really enjoy your time in Frinton. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here over many years. The position of the flat is in walking distance to the sea front and to the shops which is perfect. The flat was basic but lovely, and in a great location. More freezer space would have been way more convenient & the shower temperature didn't adjust, which wasn't ideal. But we'd definitely come again and FHL is absolutely brilliant. So friendly and easy to deal with, thank you!
