This was a great house for our family of grandparents, parents and children to spend a holiday week in. Really good living space, well equipped kitchen, big dining table area and comfy sitting room. Good washing facilities and all well cleaned and maintained. A huge advantage was being so close to the sea with 5 children under 10 to walk up and down to. Really super house for a family. Generous amount of bathrooms and the double shower downstairs especially useful when you come in from the sea. Great kitchen dining open plan area. Good sized garden and patio.

Number 11 provides all that we need in a holiday home at the beach; plenty of space for the extended family, lots of beds and lots of bathrooms! It could not be better positioned for the beach and the shops. It is very comfortable and well equipped. A great house!

It is such a lovely spacious house and so conveniently located for our beach hut near the golf course. This is such a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for a week by the seaside. During this years stay we were able to host all our extended family in the garden on one evening as there is so much space there, we could all socially distance without any issues.
Barbara and her colleagues are so helpful and we felt very safe, knowing that the house had been fogged and cleaned to a very high standard.
We look forward to our annual stay next year.

Beautifully position house near the front. Light and spacious and modern with everything you need provided for a comfortable stay. Every room is a good size, with a lovely open plan kitchen dinner leading out onto a spacious garden with outside dinning seating.

Everything went very well; it is a lovely house, recently updated, with plenty of space and bathroom facilities and an excellent well-equipped kitchen. Heating, TV's and WiFi worked well. It was good for two families sharing. We had good weather so the patio area at the rear was ideal for lunches and afternoon tea. The quiet location is excellent, 100 yards from the greensward and 400 yards from the end of Connaught Avenue. Thoroughly recommended.
