We have pleasure in offering this lovely detached home situated in the college road of Frinton on Sea, only 2 minutes from the seafront and 10 minutes walk to the main town centre.

The property sits in lovely well kept gardens both back and front, benefits from a conservatory, downstairs shower-room and WC - Large lounge, dining room, and kitchen. 3 Bedrooms, & Bathroom

The house has a lovely home from home feel and would make a lovely holiday destination for a family or friends.

Prices : Off-peak March - June £1000 p.w. or £200 per night (minimum 3 nights )

Peak Prices July / August £1500 p.w. (1 week minimum ) or £250 per night (3 minimum)

Easter / Half Term Bookings £1200 p.w. or £230 per night (minimum 3 nights )

Cosy conservatory with access to the lovely rear garden which is private with seating areas.
Dining area with table and chairs, there is a sofa bed that acts as a day bed for chilling or turns into a double bed (ideal for guests that can not make the stairs as there is a shower room on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms

Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds

Bedroom 3 : Double bed.

We had the most beautiful holiday in The Professors Lodge. The house was perfect; clean, spacious, tasteful and everything you'd want from a holiday home. A house with character! The living room and master bedroom were just something else -indeed all the rooms and gardens made for an unforgettable stay, outshining our impression from the pictures! We really enjoyed being able to deal with such an accommodating agent aswell. Many thanks.

Lovely house, position is excellent, added bonus of a beach hut, and dog friendly property. Very comfortable will come back definitely, our stay was just what we needed.
