‘La De Da’, is a beautiful seafront apartment offering Stunning Sea views from the Kitchen/Diner and from the spacious lounge and balcony.

This property would make the perfect holiday accommodation at any time of the year. Always plenty to watch the comings and goings on the Famous Frinton Greensward and out to sea while sitting at the window seat with a cuppa!

The first-floor apartment has a Master bedroom with a Super King bed and ensuite which has both bath with shower attachment.

There is a double bedroom, and a twin room which has the option to be another Super king bedroom. 

There is main bathroom with a shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The property is nicely decorated and furnished throughout, which gives a very homely welcome.

Linen and towels provided.

This apartment would suit families, friends, or couples for a memorable holiday.

No Children under 10 years of age due to the open balcony aspect. (unless you speak with the agent first)

Accommodation comprises

Communal entrance from car park leading to first floor front door. This leads through to the hall with cupboard space. No lift.

The hall leads in one direction to the living Room, dinning room and kitchen and the other direction to the bedrooms.

Lounge: Spacious lounge with corner sofa for 5, armchair and footstool plus beanbag. The lounge is equipped with a large 50” TV which supports Freeview TV and all major streaming services. You may use your paid for subscriptions but please sign out when finished.

The lounge has access via sliding doors to the balcony with wonderful views over the Greensward and out to sea. The balcony is equipped with chairs.

Kitchen /Dinner and Window seat. The Dinning room has a comfy chair looking out to sea. A great place to read and relax.

The dining room provides a dining table and chairs for 6 guests

The dining room leads through to the kitchen, which is equipped with Gaggenau oven, hob, dishwasher, washerdryer, combi microwave, kettle and Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee machine (need to supply own coffee capsules), fridgefreezer.

Bedroom 1: Super King Bed, fitted wardrobes and draws, alarm clock with wireless charging and USB charging. Door to ensuite bathroom, comprising of bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and low-level WC.

Bedroom 2: Twin single beds or zip & link Super King Bed, (please notify the agent when booking for any changes needed for the bed. fitted wardrobes, alarm clock with wireless charging and USB charging. Dressing table.

Bedroom 3: 4’6” double bed, fitted wardrobe and draws, alarm clock with wireless charging and USB charging. Dressing tabledesk plus TV.

Family bathroom: Walk-in corner shower, wash hand basin and low level WC.

Outside: Private Parking for residents of Kelvin Court on a first come first served basis. Additional parking on the private road leading in from Fourth Avenue and Fourth Avenue itself.
