A very well equipped and well presented house suitable for families although just staying on my own. Location is perfect for the very popular Walton beach. Only negative aspect is that parking right outside the house could be a challenge during weekends or bank holidays but local transport is very good with a rail station at the end of the street and bus stop close by so a car is not required as Walton town and Frinton are easily walkable along the very pleasant and well maintained seafront. A very comfortable stay together with excellent management by Barbara, - Frinton Let's has been my go to point when visiting this special place in the UK

We have stayed at White Beach several times . This time we came with our 10 year old grandchildren They love the position and the safe walk down to the beach and our hut .it is like a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This Is our third visit to White Beach House. It is exeptionally clean, well equipped and thoughtfully beach hut themed. There are always plenty of cleaning products in the cupboards. It is in the perfect position for the beach and our beach hut at Southcliff and walking into Walton and Frinton. The double bed and some towels could be replaced. However, we are looking forward to our return in August .

We stayed at the White Beach House in December 2019 whilst visiting relatives during Christmas. Despite the cold and crisp winter weather the house was very warm and cosy, and the close proximity to the Beach and Greensward meant we could still enjoy a stroll with the hardy walkers. The house was immaculately clean and well decorated with the “Beach” theme of the name throughout. There is a well furnished lounge and dining area, and a delightful Conservatory to the rear overlooking the garden. The main bedroom was large and airy, and has a lovely view of the sea The spacious well equipped kitchen easily coped with our 10lb Turkey with all the trimmings ! We have used Barbara and her Frinton Holidays Lets team quite a few times now and we have always found them to be very friendly, efficient and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them to all.

We stayed in this Holiday home during half-term. The house is very comfortable to live in and would be ideal for a family. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is also plenty of room in the lounge diner, with access to an airy conservatory and pleasant garden. Upstairs, the main bedroom is comfortable and has a lovely view. The smaller bedrooms are well appointed and the bathroom is reasonably sized. With the beach less than five minutes walk away, I highly recommend this property.

This is our third visit to The White Beach House since our first stay in 2016. It feels like our second home! The location is perfect for us as we have a beach hut just five minutes walk from the house. The decoration in the house is well done re: the theme of the beach. I would prefer to sleep on a much firmer double mattress for back support and for there to be locks on the toilets and shower room. Excellent spot really close to the beach. House really clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with the added bonus of washing machine and dishwasher. Cooked Xmas dinner easily and we were even provided with a tree, a lovely touch. The welcome pack on arrival was a great idea, also appreciated the little things like hand soap and washing up liquid etc. We'll certainly be back xx
