Another great stay at this house in Frinton. It is very well equipped with a fantastic kitchen and lots of space. The house is near the sea in a quiet road and is also close to Connaught Avenue with its shops and restaurants.

Barbara was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The downstairs of the house is also accessible for wheelchairs, and was so close to all amenities and beach, it’s our second stay here and we love it!

This is such a home from home. The house is spacious and well set out. I particularly like the kitchen which is big and very well equipped. We stayed at Christmas and I cooked a big lunch with no issues.
The local shops and seafront are a short distance away and the road is very quiet at night.

Fantastic week. The house was superb and offered a pleasant environment, well equipped and well furnished . Washing line outside would be handy and a few larger towels. But neither essential!

Fantastic home that satisfies all the wants and needs of any family, all mode cons, very well appointed house, All the beds are very comfortable and all of my family had a great nights sleep, as a family we would highly recommend this home, I would also like to add that dealing with Frinton holiday let’s was seamless.

Spent Christmas as a blended family at the house. Lots of space and very comfortable, tastefully decorated family home. Well equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful Christmas and cooked on Christmas day and Boxing day. Barbara was great. Throughly recommend.
