La De Da is a beautiful first-floor seafront apartment offering stunning sea views from the kitchen/diner, as well as from the spacious lounge and private balcony. It’s the perfect place to relax at any time of year, with endless views across the famous Frinton Greensward and out to sea — ideal for watching the world go by from the window seat with a cuppa.
The apartment features:
A master bedroom with a super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, including a bath with shower
attachment
A double bedroom
A twin bedroom, which can be converted into a super king-size bedroom if required
There is also a main bathroom with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished throughout, the apartment offers a warm and homely welcome. Linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The apartment is accessed via a communal entrance from the car park, leading up to the first-floor front door (please note: no lift access). the apartment opens into a welcoming hall with cupboard storage.

Have stayed at 'La-De-Da', three years running in September, however due to it's popularity, were unable to secure our stay in September this year, and stayed in June instead. This is all you could wish for in a self catering flat, comfy beds, (linen included) quality fixtures and fittings, all the quality crockery you could wish for (including this year an air fryer.) Fabulous view across the 'greenswade' to the sea. Always well maintained, and clean on arrival. On suite to master bedroom, and another shower room. Google and free wi-fi. Lists of restaurants etc., in the local area, and nearest shopping 5 minutes walk. We always have a beach hut also, but luckily weather has always been good.

This is my second stay at La-De-Da, and as before, you cannot fault the accommodation. An immaculately presented, and comfortable 3 Bed Apartment in a splendid position overlooking the Greensward. Only minutes walk to the Beach, or to Connaught Avenue. It’s always lovely to put the car away (plenty of parking) and walk everywhere. I have used Frinton Holiday Lets for several years now and Barbara and her Team have always been extremely helpful. They provide a service second to none. Have booked a “Second Dose of Frinton” in September.

La-de- Da is a beautiful apartment. The view out to sea beyond the greensward is lovely. The apartment is spacious and furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail. We will definitely come back next year.

We had a few days as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Great location with stunning views of the sea. Definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful and well appointed apartment.
In a great position, it was convenient for both shops etc and the beach.
We would highly recommend this apartment. One or two minor requests were quickly dealt with by Barbara and her team.

The location was fabulous ... this suited my mum v well as she could happily enjoy the view or pop across the road fr a paddle. The flat is beautifully laid out and furnished. Well equipped and well organised. It was helpfil to have a lot of info in theguest book aout what to do and how etc.

Tastefully furnished, immaculately serviced, there is everything you need for an enjoyable self catering break.

The apartment itself is furnished really well, comfortable beds and sofas with lovely linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped beautifully, we enjoy cooking and we wanted for nothing, even sharp knives which is very rare in a holiday let!!! There are lots of lovely little touches in La De Da, like the alarm clocks that also charge phones, a Nespresso machine and a google home hub!!! We will definitely be hoping for more holidays at La De Da and couldn't recommend it more!

Can’t rate La-De-Da highly enough. Luxurious comfort a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. All immaculately presented whilst being warm and welcoming. Uninterrupted views of the sea and so conveniently located. I didn’t even need to change out of my swimming cossie it was so close to the beach! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

A lovely stay at 'La De Da', which is a spacious and very comfortable property with spectacular views of the sea. The flat has everything you could ask for - from a well appointed kitchen, to a spacious yet homely lounge and exceptionally comfortable bedrooms. My favourite spot was the characterful window seats in the kitchen/ diner, where you can watch the world go by on the Greensward. You could not ask for a better location for enjoying Frinton. We will be back!
