Spend a break by the sea in this comfortable, cosy cottage moments from the town centre with its charming cafes, independent shops, and eateries and only 3 minutes from Frinton’s seafront and greensward.
The cottage retains much of its original charm and offers a home from home feel with light and airy rooms.
The property offers a lovely private courtyard area perfect for breakfast in the sunshine or a cosy alfresco dinner.
With a separate lounge and dining room, large country style kitchen, utility room, three bedrooms, downstairs shower room and 1st floor bathroom/W.C, this cottage would make a perfect getaway base for family or friends.
NB The staircase is steep so may be unsuitable for the elderly and guests that can not manage stairs.

One of the sofas can be used as a sofsbed for guests with mobility issues. TV (terrestial tv) with amazon fire stick for BBC iplayer, netflix, etc

Traditional cottage syle kitchen with table and 3 chairs (buty spares available ), microwave, electric cooker.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee pod machine
access to the downstairs shower/ WC and hand basin
Door to outside courtyard offering privacy with the morning sun and ideal for alfresco eating.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms.
Main bedroom to the front of the cottage with kingside bed and hanging space
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds to the back of the cottage
Bedroom 3 (childrens room ) 2 single beds, with toychest / games
Bathroom with high level wc,enclosed bath and wash hand basin.
