The house at Fourth Avenue is very conveniently located for the beach and shops. It is spacious and comfortably furnished, and we had a great long week-end for our growing family of 8 adults. The house we had originally booked had no heating and hot water, and Barbara and Mike were great at finding us this house at short notice, with excellent communication.

This was a great house for our family of grandparents, parents and children to spend a holiday week in. Really good living space, well equipped kitchen, big dining table area and comfy sitting room. This is such a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for a week by the seaside. During this years stay we were able to host all our extended family in the garden on one evening as there is so much space there, we could all socially distance without any issues. Barbara and her colleagues are so helpful and we felt very safe, knowing that the house had been fogged and cleaned to a very high standard. We look forward to our annual stay next year.

Everything went very well; it is a lovely house, recently updated, with plenty of space and bathroom facilities and an excellent well-equipped kitchen. Heating, TV's and WiFi worked well. It was good for two families sharing. We had good weather so the patio area at the rear was ideal for lunches and afternoon tea. The quiet location is excellent, 100 yards from the greensward and 400 yards from the end of Connaught Avenue. Thoroughly recommended.
